Sarawak Centre of Performance Excellence (SCOPE) Sdn. Bhd. a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sarawak Foundation (Yayasan Sarawak) was established in 2016 with the purpose to offer and conduct training and professional development programmes to Statutory Bodies, Government- Linked Companies (GLCs), Local Authorities, Private Sectors and Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
