Distinguished Speakers’ Series

SCOPE's Distinguished Speakers Series (SDSS) is a 1/2-day networking session to provide networking and engagement opportunities for the audience to interact with the distinguished speakers and foster culture of exploration and lifelong learning within the community. The purpose of SCOPE's distinguished speakers’ series is typically to bring in high-profile, accomplished, and influential speakers to share their knowledge, expertise and perspective with the audience which may be students, government employees, private sector and general public to new and diverse ideas, experiences, and ways of thinking.
The Series is a platform showcasing movers and shakers, experts, changemakers, academia, business, policymakers from both private and public sectors sharing insights into global challenges facing our society today, as well as research findings on challenges that relate to current issues, Sarawak's Post Covid Development Strategy (PCDS) 2030, new economy, sustainability, the environment, social welfare, and planetary health.
